How does Vriendi work?

  1. Step 1 · Sign up online

    Pick a city, an activity and a date

    Go to vriendi.com and choose your city, then what you feel like doing: drinks, board games, a walk, brunch, or coffee & cake for people 60+. Finally, pick a date that suits you.

    You pay online: BLIK, card, Przelewy24 or Apple/Google Pay.

  2. Step 2 · After you sign up

    We put your group together

    When you sign up you choose your age group, and we put together a table of 5–6 people of a similar age, mixed in gender, and book it at the venue. You don't need to bring anyone.

    If the group doesn't come together, you get a 100% refund.

  3. Step 3 · The day before, around 6 pm

    You get an email with the details

    The day before the meetup, around 6 pm, we email you the venue address and the time. Our meetups take place right in the city centre, usually near the Main Square, so it's easy to get there from any part of town.

  4. Step 4 · On the day

    Show up and say you have a Vriendi reservation

    Get to the venue on time, as the group starts together. Tell the staff you have a reservation with Vriendi and they'll show you to your table.

  5. Step 5 · At the table

    You meet new people

    You sit down and simply spend time together. Our meetups usually have no set format, so you're free to make them your own. The shared activity, be it a board game or brunch, gives you plenty to talk about.

  6. Step 6 · After the meetup

    You join the group chat

    After the meetup we send you a link to your group's chat. Join it if you'd like to stay in touch with the people you've met. No pressure.

  7. Step 7 · The weeks after

    You make plans to meet again

    Sometimes all it takes is one “same time next week?”. Make plans on your own, or come back to another Vriendi meetup to meet even more people. 🙂

Good to know

Online payment only

You pay when you sign up. You can't pay at the venue.

Sign-ups close 2 days before

We close sign-ups 2 days before each meetup so we have time to put the group together.
